The GW1-10 Series is a robust, outdoor high-voltage disconnect switch designed for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 10kV. It serves as a critical safety component by creating a visible physical break in the circuit, ensuring the safety of personnel during the maintenance of high-voltage buses, circuit breakers, and other live equipment.
Engineered for durability in harsh environments, this series supports rated currents from 630A up to 2000A. It features high-grade electrical porcelain insulators and reinforced conductive contact systems to minimize contact resistance and prevent oxidation. When paired with the CS6-1 manual operating mechanism, it provides reliable, low-effort switching performance. We have ceramic and silicone rubber insulators designs, you can select it according to your requirements.

Technical Specifications Table

Structural Overview
- One porcelain column (with conductor) rotates, and the other porcelain column (with conductor) is synchronously driven to rotate via a connecting rod.
- Note: For the standard GW1 series, only the rotatable porcelain column (mounted on the base bearing) and its conductor rotate when the operating mechanism is activated, with the fixed end remaining stationary.
Matching Operating Mechanisms
- GW1-10 series: Configured with CS11-I manual operating mechanism
- GW1-15 series: Configured with CS11-I manual operating mechanism
- GW1-35 series: Configured with CS11 or CS manual operating mechanism
- GW1-35D series: Configured with CS8-6D or CS15-D manual operating mechanism
