Transformer Parts & Components

OEM-Compatible Components for Oil-Immersed and Dry-Type Transformers
Applications: Distribution Transformers, Power Transformers, Rectifier Transformers

As a transformer manufacturing facility, we also supply professional-grade transformer parts and components to utilities, repair shops, EPC contractors, and plant maintenance teams. All components are manufactured to match OEM specifications and comply with IEC 60076, IEC 60137, IEC 60214, and IEEE C57 series standards.

This page covers three main categories: Transformer Bushings, Tap Changers, and Other Accessories & Materials. Each component is described with its function, application, and key selection criteria from an engineering perspective.
1. Transformer Bushings
Function: Provide electrical connection from the transformer windings to external lines while maintaining insulation across the tank or enclosure.
2. Transformer Tap Changers
Function: Adjust the transformer voltage ratio by changing the number of turns in the HV winding, compensating for input voltage variations.

On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC)
Application: Transformers that cannot be de-energized for voltage adjustment (substations, grid regulation, industrial plants with continuous processes).
Off-Circuit (De-Energized) Tap Changer (DETC)
Application: Transformers that can be taken offline for voltage adjustment (distribution transformers, small industrial units, backup transformers).
3. Other Transformer Accessories & Materials
Conservator Tank (Oil Preservation System).
Function: Accommodates oil volume changes due to temperature variations and minimizes oil contact with air.
